This is a modified 1938 Ford. Modified with (I think) 1955 Ford flat-head V-8. It belongs to a cousin, Roger Rose, who runs an auto garage in town where you can regularly see several vintage cars parked outside. Roger keeps this Ford for his personal use and pleasure—weekend drives, etc. It is mechanically sound, but there is a bit of rust here and there on the body. Roger says he has no plan to do anything but keep it in running condition.
The sepia tone treatment seemed age-appropriate for this vintage auto.
