Here are my entries for Cee’s “A and B” Challenge.
“A” is for Anhinga
The Anhinga is also called the “snaked necked bird.” It is similar to the Cormorant. It is a diving bird. Its feathers do not have oil like a duck–its feathers do not shed water–and it has to sit out of the water with its wings spread to dry. They are common in Florida anywhere there is water.
“B” is for Barn
Living in a rural area, there are plenty of barns around, Many of them old and in disrepair. This one will not last many more season if it is not repaired.
